How you can exercise your rights
You have certain rights in relation to the Personal Information we hold about you. These rights may be limited, for example if fulfilling your request would reveal personal data about another person, where they would infringe the rights of a third party (including our rights) or if you ask us to erase information which we are required by law to keep or have compelling legitimate interests in keeping. Relevant exemptions are included in both the GDPR/UK GDPR and in relevant local implementing legislation.
(1) Access: You have the right to access Personal Information we hold about you and to certain information about the processing of that information. To exercise this right, please contact us at personal_data_ne@global.netease.com or contact the in-game customer service.

You may lodge a complaint with the protection authority for your country or region where you have your habitual residence or place of work or where an alleged infringement of applicable data protection law occurs. A list of EEA data protection authorities is available at https://ec.europa.eu/newsroom/article29/items/612080. You can file a complaint with the UK ICO at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/data-protection-complaints/data-protection-complaints/.
RETENTION PERIOD

In some circumstances we will anonymize your Personal Information (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
